What do you use to store your needles/hooks in? In a drawer in my old dresser. Actually the name of my blog "Piironki" is a dresser in Finnish - that's where I store some of my stash.                                                                                                                               

How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced? I learned before I went to school. My mother taught me. I think I'm somewhere between intermediate and advanced.

Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list? No.

What’s your favorite scent? I hate all the artificial scents, so please no scented candles or soaps or anything.

Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy? Licorice (salted)

What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin? No, I don't, but I sometimes crochet and do tatting and cross stiching. Nowadays knitting takes all my time.

What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD) I love classical music (Sibelius, Mahler, Vivaldi, Beethoven, any opera) and older jazz. I have a lot of CDs.

What’s your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can’t stand? I love most colours, at the moment my favourites are greens and browns (esp. fox brown). I don't like pink and other baby colours.

What is your family situation? Do you have any pets? Hubby and a dog.

Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos? All of them.

What is/are your favorite item/s to knit? Unfortunately I love to knit everything.

What are you knitting right now? A cardigan, socks, scarves, a blanket - I know, I've gone a little bit overboard, but haven't you!?!!

Do you like to receive handmade gifts? They are the best!

Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic? Circular and bamboo.

Do you own a yarn winder and/or swift? I own this. I don't have the thing to make those beautiful yarn balls.

 How old is your oldest UFO? A year and a half but I'm almost done, I just need to do the sewing.

What is your favorite holiday? What winter holiday do you observe? Christmas is the best. I observe Advent and the Lent.

Is there anything that you collect? No and I'm so grateful that I don't.

Any books, yarns, needles or patterns out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have? I love teacosies, but you can't get a teacosy knitting pattern book in Finland.

Are there any new techniques you’d like to learn? I can't think of anything.

Are you a sock knitter? What are your foot measurements? Yes, I am. My measurements are lenght: 23 cm, width 9 cm.
